I discovered from my own experience the best to way learn from successful coaches is through 1 - 1 and small group mentorship.
I worked under, and played for two Hall Of Fame College Coaches, Lewis Orr and Bob Flickner. I also attended Bobby Knight's coaching clinics.
Other coaches who shaped my coaching philosopy were, John Wooden, Rick Pitino, Pat Riley, and Pat Summitt.

I have learned from some of the best basketball coaches ever to teach the game.
Therefore, I developed my own Mentorship Program and my unique workout training videos to help youth - basketball professional team coaches/ private trainers maximize players potential and develop over achievers.
I developed unique group and individual workouts that has produced great results for my clients for 30 years. My clients have earned over one billion dollars in basketball scholarships, academic scholarships, and professional basketball contracts combined.
This is my passion, calling, ministry, and business. My core principles are my faith, family, health, and finances.
