Off - Season Customize Workout Plan

This service provides a one hour phone consulation with parents and a customized workout plan developed by industry expert James E. Brown. These services are available to parents of students 7th grade - 12th grade.This service is designed to prepare students for high school varsity basketball, spring and summer showcase tournaments and college basketball. Workout plan will consist of weight training, interval running, fundamentals of all aspect of basketball, vertical jump training and footwork drills. Coach Brown's best-selling spiral binded workout and life skills book is included in this service. The book will be shipped overnight by fedex at no charge to the customer.
