Schedule: August - May Daily 2 Hour Group Training Classes

These classes consist of pre-season, in-season, and post season training. Coach Brown teaches students individual shooting regiments, weight lifting, exercises, dribbling drills, etc.

Students learn how prepare to perform at a high level everytime they play in a basketball game. This training has lead to players being top performers consistently during basketball season. Coach Brown has used his unique training system with players from elementary to professional for over 28 years. His students are in high demand by college and professional basketball teams around the world.

Why this class? It is 2 hours which allows more reps during the week.  Coach Brown provides weekly consultation along with expert teaching. Flexible days offered during the week.

Daily Class Schedule:

Sunday 3:00pm - 5:00pm

Monday 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Tuesday Booked

Wednesday 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Thursday 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Friday 5:00pm - 7:00pm  No training August 4th, students will train Sunday, August 6th instead of Friday, August 4th the first week
